You should know your own trading abilities and financial goals when you subscribe to VRTrader.com. Subscribers must be eighteen years of age or older. All subscribers agree to provide an accurate and truthful credit card registration, which shall include your legal name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. You agree to keep this information updated as needed, TO PROVIDE AN ADDITIONAL FAX (CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM) and inform VRTrader.com of any changes in connection with billing, delivery or confidential access.

The subscriber shall be solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of his/her user name and password and preventing unauthorized service. Until VRTrader.com is notified that there is a security breach, the subscriber shall remain liable for unauthorized service. PAYMENT AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL POLICY. Subscriber authorizes payment for VRTrader.com services by an automatic credit card debit charge. This will appear on the credit card statement under the name VRTrader.com, Inc. Payment is due in advance and will be charged to the subscriber's credit card prior to the subscription delivery period. THE RENEWAL OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IS AUTOMATIC. YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL CONTINUE TO BE BILLED UNLESS YOU NOTIFY VRTrader.com SEVEN DAYS PRIOR TO SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRATION EITHER VIA EMAIL POSTING THE WORD 'UNSUBSCRIBE' IN THE SUBJECT BOX OR TELEPHONE US AT (928) 282-1275 OF CANCELLATION. Please review the VRTrader.com refund policy.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: VRTrader.com may terminate services without cause at any time without notice or liability and make a refund to you for any remaining whole months on your subscription.

Subscribers and visitors shall not modify, publish, reproduce, transfer, sell, display, create works based upon, distribute, or in any way exploit any of the copyright content, in whole or in part of the VRTrader.com e-mail, website or telephone hotline. You shall use the information from the website, affiliated websites, e-mails and telephone hotline from VRTrader.com d/b/a VRTrader.com for your personal use only.

In no event and under no circumstances shall VRTrader.com Inc., d/b/a VRTrader.com, its owners, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, and employees be liable to any subscriber, user, visitor, or any third party for any claims of liability or responsibility for any use or misuse of the services, for any claim or demand made by any party due to, or arising out of, access to the website, use of the services, the violation of this agreement by subscriber, or any third party using your ID, or the right of any person or entity for any lost profits, lost opportunities, direct or indirect, special incident, exemplary, consequential, punitive or any other damages arising hereunder based in contract, negligence, strict liability or otherwise whether or not they had any knowledge, actual or constructive that such damages might occur. Any claim arising our of or relating to this understanding shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and judgment entered into the court having jurisdiction thereof. By accepting this agreement you expressly accept the place of binding arbitration shall be Phoenix, Arizona. Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses and an equal share of the arbitrators and administrative fees of arbitration. The arbitrators will have no authority to award punitive or other damages not measured by the prevailing party's actual damages, except as may be required by statute. The laws of the State of Arizona and United States of America shall govern this agreement.
